MBA Masters Golf Classic

Join fellow MBA alumni from all over Southern California and their guests at Industry Hills Golf Club as we compete for the "Winner's Circle" at the 4th annual MBA Masters Golf Classic in support of Reading to Kids. The Industry Hills Golf Club at Pacific Palms is one of the premier public courses in the nation. Both courses and the clubhouse were updated as part of a $17 million refurbishment project.

Saturday, June 6th will be a fun day of golf and networking with over 16 business schools represented by their alumni, supporters of Reading to Kids, and guests. The format is a scramble tournament, making it easy to play for any level of golfer. The tournament is now a tradition for many and host to over 100 attendees.

Fun prizes for holes-in-one, closest-to-the-pin, long-drive contest and a raffle will give everyone a chance at going away a winner. Of course, one group will be crowned "Champion!" groups representing Harvard, Pepperdine, and Stanford have come away with the trophy.

The MBA Masters Golf Classic is proud to support Reading to Kids - a grassroots organization dedicated to inspiring underserved children with a love of reading, thereby enriching their lives and opportunities for future success.

This year we are conducting registration through Reading to Kids. Already dozens have reserved a spot, and we expect to fill the tournament. Ensure you (and the rest of your foursome) have a spot. We had a fantastic event in 2008. Industry Hills proved to be a popular golf course and took great care of us. Thanks to Miller and Coke, no one was thirsty, and a foursome from Stanford held it together well enough to score a -9 to win the tournament. We couldn't have done it without our volunteers and the sponsors to the right, and thanks to everyone's generosity, Reading to Kids, raised 2x the money we spent on prizes. We're already looking forward to next year's event on 6 June 2009!
